UK Delivery Information

Orders received before 3pm Monday to Friday are normally dispatched the same day, orders received on Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays are dispatched on the following working day. All orders are dispatched by Royal Mail 48-hour service or next working day courier depending on the service you, the customer select. Goods are dispatched very promptly by us, orders sent using the Royal Mail 48-hour service should arrive within two days (excluding Sunday). Orders delivered by the next working day courier will require a signature on delivery.

UK Postage & Packing

Royal Mail 48-hour service is FREE for orders over £50.00, sent to a single UK address, but please note that this order limit is AFTER any discounts or vouchers have been deducted. For orders below this amount, there is a standard £3.95 charge per order.   

A next working day delivery service is available if required, there is a standard charge of £7.50 per order. PLEASE NOTE: Any order placed on a Friday selecting the Next Day service will be delivered on the next working day – this will usually be the Monday except during UK Bank Holidays when deliveries will be a day later. 

Please note that any orders being shipped to the Highlands and Islands may take up to 48 hours to arrive.

Refunds & Replacements

Refunds

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased for a full refund within 7 days of receipt of goods. To cancel, you can email or write to us within seven working days of delivery of your order, quoting your order number. You must not use your items and must return them unopened and in the original packaging. A refund of the cost of the goods, excluding carriage charges, will be sent to you within 30 days.

Replacements

Please check that you have ordered correctly and received the right products as soon as they arrive. Due to the nature of the goods, we regret that we cannot exchange any goods once the tamper-evident container has been opened. If you have ordered the incorrect goods in error, we will replace them providing they are returned in good condition and unopened within 14 days of receipt, but this will incur a postal charge. It is important to us that you are satisfied with our service. If you need to return goods to us for any reason more than 7 days after receipt, we will normally issue you a credit note for the value, providing that the goods are unopened, in good condition and have a shelf life that is in excess of 6 months of their expiry or use by date. Before returning any goods to us you must contact us to be given a Return Merchandising Authorisation (RMA) number.

Loss or Damage

Occasionally goods may be lost in the post and we will send a replacement order when this occurs. However, Royal Mail does not accept that a delivery is lost until 10 working days following the due date. We therefore only send replacements after this period has elapsed. In all cases we must be informed of non-arrival, damage, or shortages within 14 days of the order being placed otherwise no claim can be made or replacement goods sent.
