This month we launched our new look packaging of our supplements, topicals and homoeopathics ranges, all thanks to our wonderful customer feedback.
The rebrand project a year ago with a survey for existing Retail and Trade customers, partners and ambassadors to understand what matters most to them in the world of supplements. With over 500 responses, we were able to update our packaging look and feel, including the move to new Bio-plastic tablet pots.
Survey findings showed that sustainability is extremely important to customers, with respondents saying they wanted pots to be made from recyclable materials, and noting that eco plastic was important.
The switch to bio-plastic tablet pots means they are made:
- From renewable plant-based resources,
- Using Bio-based PE classified as food grade.
- Ensuring the same shelf life and longevity of quality products.
Our Bio-plastic tablet pots are also easily collected in domestic recycling and can be recycled several times with stable quality. This is the next step in our ongoing sustainability journey, alongside our 100% plastic free delivery packaging; ensuring we are striving to do our very best for the planet as well as pets.
