Last weekend was our 51st year at Crufts! It was so lovely to see so many familiar (and new!) faces! Here’s a round up of everything we got up to this year…
We launched our new look!
Crufts was the first place where all of our existing customers (and new!) could see our new branded packaging in the flesh. Our re-brand project has been in the works for over a year, so it was a great place to launch the new look and receive customer feedback. We received great comments from so many of our customers at Crufts and it was great to hear that everyone loves our new look just as much as we do!
VIP meet & greets
We had special meet and greets planned with two of our Dorwest partners:
Echo

We had the pleasure of hosting a meet and greet on our stand on Friday 8th March with our brand ambassador Echo, who is a 6-year-old Border Collie featured on Netflix’s series ‘Heartstopper’ as Nellie Nelson. Echo had a great crowd come and visit him with fans being able to sit with Echo on a 1-on-1 basis and get their photo taken. Echo thoroughly enjoyed getting lots of cuddles and love by his fans and the Dorwest team!
Faye Winter & Bonnie

On Saturday 9th March we had TV-personality Faye Winter and her lovely Golden Retriever Bonnie on our stand, who partnered with us last year for our annual calming campaign for fireworks anxiety.
Our meet and greet started off with Jo, our MD asking Faye a few questions about natural supplements, the work she has done with Guide Dogs since 2017 and everything she was getting up to while at Crufts!
Members of the public then got to meet Faye individually and grab a photo with both Faye and Bonnie at the stand! Faye then went onto to judge Scruffts!
Find the Dorwest winner ball competition
For the last couple of years at Crufts, we’ve been running a competition called ‘find the Dorwest winner ball’ during the show via our Instagram page.
We gave the public at Crufts the chance to win a Dorwest voucher worth £10 or £20 and a limited edition Dorwest bobble hat by following our stories across the weekend and finding out where we hide the ball on our partner stands. When the ball was found, the winner brought it back to our stand to receive their prize! A huge thank you to Paleo Ridge, Our Dogs, Edition Dog, Ivy & Duke, Innocent Hound and Wyld Cub.
The competition went down a storm with some delighted winners, especially excited about the limited edition Dorwest bobble hat!

It’s always fascinating to see all the different breeds at Crufts every year! We had the pleasure of welcoming so many to the stand and also getting the opportunity to get a picture with them with our polaroids, showing that they are a proud to be a #DorwestDog

Customer care
It was such a pleasure to speak to so many customers on how Dorwest can support conditions, from joint care to skin problems. As always, Dorwest staff provided expert knowledge on the supplements, topicals and homoeopathics ranges. We even threw in a free ball or dinner spoon this year, with every purchase!
