We were thrilled to attend the finals of the Natwest Venus Womens Business Awards Dorset and were delighted to be crowned the winner of the prestigious Customer Service Award. Our MD Jo Boughton-White had to present a short video along with the other finalists and this went to a public vote to decide the winner. The glitzy awards ceremony was held in The Lighthouse in Poole and Jo was very proud to be representing Dorwest.
This Customer Service Award is yet another accolade for our team after winning a national award at the beginning of the year at the canine industry awards ‘The Pawscars’.
This award is really very special as we place excellent customer service as one of our core values. We work tirelessly to provide outstanding yet personal customer service and we are delighted that our dedicated team has got the recognition it deserves, and a big THANK YOU to everyone that voted for us.
